Is Questionbox Education an investment recommendation platform?+
No. Questionbox Education is a presentation engine. It helps you organise and communicate information; it does not recommend funds, securities, allocations or transactions.
Can I change my plan later?+
Yes. You can move between Free, Pro, and Enterprise as your client-reporting needs change.
What counts as an active client?+
An active client is a client workspace currently available for editing and report generation. Archived workspaces do not count toward the active limit.
How do token limits work?+
Each plan includes a monthly token allowance used for report generation. Free includes 1,600 tokens per month, Pro includes 6,000 tokens per month, and Enterprise token limits are set based on your usage needs.
Are taxes included in the displayed price?+
Applicable taxes are calculated separately and shown clearly before payment.
Can I cancel Pro?+
Yes. You can cancel future renewals from billing settings. Your Pro access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
How is Enterprise pricing determined?+
Enterprise plans are custom-priced based on the number of users, clients, and token usage your firm needs. Contact sales for a quote.
