1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 Purpose of this Policy

This Artificial Intelligence Usage and Limitations Policy explains how artificial intelligence functionality may be used through review.startuperr.com, the purposes for which such functionality is provided, the limitations of AI-generated content and the responsibilities of every Tenant and Authorised User using an AI-enabled feature.

The Platform is owned and operated by MyQuestionBox Education OPC Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India and having its registered office at B902, Vicinia, Chandivali, Powai, Mumbai – 400072, Maharashtra, India.

Certain publicly available financial-product information, product lists and initial software configurations may be made available to the Platform through Goalstox Technology Private Limited, having its registered office at B902, Vicinia, Chandivali, Powai, Mumbai – 400072, Maharashtra, India and operating the website goalstox.com.

In this Policy, MyQuestionBox Education OPC Private Limited is referred to as “MyQuestionBox” or the “Company”. Goalstox Technology Private Limited is referred to as “Goalstox”. The website, software application, dashboards, document-processing tools, reporting functionality, artificial intelligence features and related services are collectively referred to as the “Platform”.

1.2 Relationship with Other Platform Documents

This Policy forms part of the terms governing access to and use of the Platform and must be read together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Software and Report Disclaimer, Cookie and Similar Technologies Policy and any feature-specific notice displayed through the Platform.

Where there is an inconsistency between this Policy and a more specific notice presented before an AI feature is used, the more specific notice shall apply to that feature to the extent of the inconsistency.

1.3 Intended Users

The Platform and its AI functionality are intended exclusively for professional users, including mutual fund distributors, Portfolio Management Services distributors, Alternative Investment Fund distributors, Specialized Investment Fund distributors, independent financial advisers, registered investment advisers, financial planners and their authorised personnel.

The AI functionality is not intended to be used directly by ordinary retail investors as a source of investment advice, research, product recommendations or automated financial decisions.

2. DEFINITIONS

2.1 AI Feature

“AI Feature” means any Platform functionality that uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language models, natural-language generation or similar technology to prepare, summarise, explain, reformat or draft content.

2.2 AI Input

“AI Input” means any instruction, prompt, structured data, extracted information, selected parameter, document content, text or other information supplied to an AI Feature.

2.3 AI Output

“AI Output” means any text, summary, explanation, observation, heading, draft, classification or other content produced or assisted by an AI Feature.

2.4 Tenant

“Tenant” means the professional organisation or business account using a separate organisational environment within the Platform.

2.5 Authorised User

“Authorised User” means an employee, director, partner, consultant, representative or other person permitted by a Tenant to access the Tenant’s Platform account.

2.6 Client Data

“Client Data” means information relating to a Client that is entered into, uploaded to, extracted from a document, stored or otherwise processed through the Platform by or on behalf of a Tenant.

2.7 Report

“Report” means any portfolio review, goal-planning document, financial illustration, product-information display, comparison, summary, PDF or other output prepared or generated through the Platform.

3. LIMITED PURPOSE OF AI FUNCTIONALITY

3.1 Drafting Assistance

AI Features are provided solely to assist professional Users with the preparation of human-friendly draft language.

Depending upon the feature used, AI may assist with rewriting structured information into clearer language, summarising information already available in the Platform, preparing explanatory paragraphs, improving readability, creating headings or arranging information into a draft report format.

3.2 Productivity Tool

AI functionality is a productivity and drafting aid. It is not a substitute for the Tenant’s professional knowledge, independent judgement, Client understanding, product due diligence, legal responsibilities, regulatory responsibilities or human supervision.

3.3 No Independent Authority

An AI Feature has no authority to make a final decision on behalf of MyQuestionBox, Goalstox, a Tenant, an Authorised User or a Client.

The generation of an AI Output does not indicate that the output has been approved, adopted or verified by MyQuestionBox, Goalstox or the Tenant.

3.4 No Autonomous Operation

The Platform is not designed to operate as an autonomous investment adviser, automated research analyst, unattended recommendation engine or robo-Rm system.

AI functionality must not be used to remove meaningful human involvement from the preparation, review, approval or communication of a Report.

4. ROLE OF MYQUESTIONBOX

4.1 Software Provider

MyQuestionBox provides the Platform infrastructure through which AI Inputs may be processed and AI Outputs may be returned to the Tenant.

MyQuestionBox does not become the adviser, research provider, portfolio manager, distributor, financial planner, fiduciary or professional representative of the Tenant or its Clients merely because it provides AI-enabled software functionality.

4.2 No Review of Individual AI Outputs

MyQuestionBox does not ordinarily review or approve each AI Output generated through the Platform.

Successful generation of an AI Output does not constitute confirmation by MyQuestionBox that the output is accurate, complete, lawful, appropriate, suitable for a Client or compliant with the Tenant’s regulatory obligations.

4.3 No Use of Client Data for MyQuestionBox Research

MyQuestionBox does not use identifiable Client Data to prepare investment research, product recommendations, model portfolios or Rm output.

MyQuestionBox does not use identifiable Client Data to develop a research view concerning any mutual fund, Portfolio Management Service, Alternative Investment Fund, Specialized Investment Fund, portfolio or Client.

4.4 No Proprietary Model Training on Identifiable Client Data

MyQuestionBox does not intentionally use identifiable Client Data to train a proprietary artificial intelligence model.

Technical use of AI through an external service provider is governed by the configuration, contractual arrangements and terms applicable to the relevant service. Tenants must therefore comply with the restrictions on personal information set out in this Policy regardless of the external provider’s stated data practices.

5. ROLE OF GOALSTOX

5.1 Source of Certain Platform Information

Certain publicly available financial-product information, product lists and Platform Defaults may be received through Goalstox.

Such information may originate from public materials published by product manufacturers, asset management companies, portfolio managers, Alternative Investment Fund managers, Specialized Investment Fund providers, industry bodies, self-regulatory organisations and similar public or official sources.

5.2 No AI Research by Goalstox

Goalstox does not prepare or provide investment research or research reports through the Platform, whether manually or through artificial intelligence.

The use of publicly available information as an input to an AI-assisted draft does not mean that Goalstox has analysed, verified, endorsed or formed an opinion concerning the relevant product.

5.3 No AI Advice or Recommendations by Goalstox

Goalstox does not use the Platform’s AI Features to provide investment advice or recommendations to Tenants or Clients.

A product appearing in an AI-generated sentence, summary, comparison or Report is not recommended or endorsed by Goalstox merely because the underlying public information was made available through Goalstox.

5.4 No Approval of AI Output

Goalstox does not ordinarily review, approve or certify AI Outputs generated through the Platform.

The appearance of “Powered by MyQuestionBox and Goalstox” identifies the technology and data-support arrangement only and does not indicate approval of an AI-generated statement or Report.

6. NO INVESTMENT ADVICE, RESEARCH OR RECOMMENDATIONS

6.1 No Investment Advice

An AI Output does not constitute investment advice from MyQuestionBox or Goalstox.

The AI functionality does not independently determine whether a financial product, asset allocation, investment amount, systematic investment plan amount, transaction or strategy is appropriate for a Client.

6.2 No Research Reports

AI Outputs generated through the Platform are not research reports prepared, issued or approved by MyQuestionBox or Goalstox.

The organisation, summarisation, rewriting or explanation of publicly available information does not constitute independent investment research by either company.

6.3 No Recommendations

An AI Output must not be treated as a recommendation from MyQuestionBox or Goalstox to purchase, subscribe to, retain, redeem, sell, switch, increase, reduce or avoid any financial product.

The Tenant must not represent that an AI-generated product reference, observation or comparison is a recommendation, approved product view or research opinion of MyQuestionBox or Goalstox.

6.4 Tenant’s Professional Conclusions

Where a Tenant provides advice, research, a recommendation, suitability determination or other professional conclusion to a Client, responsibility for that communication remains solely with the Tenant.

The Tenant must ensure that the communication falls within the Tenant’s applicable registrations, licences and lawful scope of activity.

7. INFORMATION USED BY AI FEATURES

7.1 Permitted Information

An AI Feature may process limited information required to prepare the requested draft. This may include non-identifying portfolio characteristics, product categories, publicly available product information, financial-goal parameters, numerical values, report sections, selected Tenant settings and text supplied by an Authorised User.

7.2 Publicly Available Product Information

Financial-product information used in an AI-assisted draft may be information received through Goalstox from publicly available manufacturer, manager, industry-body, self-regulatory-body or similar public or official sources.

Neither MyQuestionBox nor Goalstox independently calculates or verifies returns, performance ratios, information ratios, risk measures or other financial-product information merely because such information is included in an AI Input or AI Output.

7.3 Client Information

AI functionality should use only the minimum Client information required for the intended drafting purpose.

Where the same drafting purpose can be achieved without directly identifying the Client, direct identifiers must be removed, masked, replaced or excluded before information is submitted for AI processing.

7.4 Uploaded Documents

A Tenant must not submit a complete Consolidated Account Statement, identity document, bank document or another document containing direct Client identifiers to an external AI provider unless the Platform expressly identifies a feature as being designed and approved for that processing.

Document information may be extracted or structured by other Platform components before a limited, non-identifying subset is used for AI-assisted drafting.

8. PERSONAL INFORMATION RESTRICTIONS

8.1 No Unnecessary Personal Information

Tenants and Authorised Users must not enter unnecessary Personal Information into an AI prompt, instruction or unrestricted free-text field.

This restriction applies even where an AI provider states that submitted information is not ordinarily used for model training.

8.2 Prohibited Direct Identifiers

Unless a Platform field expressly states that it is designed for secure processing of the relevant information, Users must not submit a Client’s name, permanent account number, Aadhaar number, passport number, driving-licence number, email address, mobile number, residential address, folio number, demat account number, bank account number, payment information, login credential, password, one-time password or identification-document image to an AI Feature.

8.3 Confidential Information

Users must not place confidential business information, passwords, authentication secrets, API keys, non-public product documents, proprietary research, legally privileged information or another person’s confidential information into an AI prompt unless the Platform expressly supports and authorises that use.

8.4 Free-Text Fields

The Company cannot guarantee that a User will never manually enter Personal Information into an unrestricted AI-enabled field.

The Tenant is responsible for training and supervising its Authorised Users and for ensuring that prohibited information is not entered into such fields.

8.5 Data Minimisation

AI Inputs must be limited to information reasonably necessary for the requested drafting function.

Information must not be included merely because it is available within the Client record or uploaded document.

9. EXTERNAL AI SERVICE PROVIDERS

9.1 Use of OpenAI or Another Provider

MyQuestionBox may use OpenAI or another external artificial intelligence service provider to operate some or all AI Features.

The provider, model, processing method and technical implementation may change as the Platform develops.

9.2 Provider Terms and Controls

Processing performed by an external AI provider may be subject to that provider’s technical controls, contractual terms, security practices, retention practices and service availability.

MyQuestionBox does not control every part of an external provider’s infrastructure or internal operations.

9.3 No Reliance Solely on Provider Assurances

The Tenant must comply with this Policy regardless of whether an external AI provider states that business or API data is not used for general model training by default.

The prohibition on submitting unnecessary Personal Information is an independent Platform requirement intended to reduce privacy, confidentiality and operational risk.

9.4 Processing Location

An external AI provider may process information using infrastructure located outside India, depending upon the provider’s architecture and contractual arrangements.

The Platform is therefore intended to prevent directly identifiable Client information from being deliberately transmitted to an external AI provider.

9.5 Changes to Providers

MyQuestionBox may add, replace, suspend or discontinue an AI provider where reasonably required for availability, security, performance, commercial, technical or legal reasons.

Where a change materially affects the processing of Personal Information, MyQuestionBox may update this Policy or provide an additional notice.

9.6 Provider Interruption

An AI Feature may become unavailable, delayed or altered because of a change, outage, capacity restriction, model update, policy change or technical failure affecting an external provider.

Neither MyQuestionBox nor Goalstox guarantees uninterrupted availability of an AI Feature.

10. LIMITATIONS AND HALLUCINATIONS

10.1 Probabilistic Output

AI Output is generated probabilistically. The same or similar AI Input may produce different outputs on different occasions.

An AI Output may omit relevant information, overstate a conclusion, misunderstand context or introduce wording not supported by the source information.

10.2 Hallucinated Content

An AI Feature may generate fabricated facts, product features, explanations, source references, calculations, events, regulatory statements or conclusions.

An output may appear fluent, detailed and confident even when it is inaccurate or unsupported.

10.3 Incomplete Context

An AI Feature may not have access to all facts concerning the Client, Tenant, product, market, regulation or intended communication.

The absence of a qualification, warning or risk statement from an AI Output does not mean that the qualification, warning or risk is irrelevant.

10.4 Outdated Information

An AI model may not possess current information concerning regulations, products, market developments, manufacturer disclosures, benchmarks, product closures, changes in investment mandate or other developments.

The Tenant must verify time-sensitive information against a current and authoritative source.

10.5 Numerical Errors

An AI Feature may copy, transpose, round, interpret or explain a numerical value incorrectly.

AI Output must not be relied upon as an independent calculator or as confirmation that a numerical result produced elsewhere in the Platform is correct.

An AI Feature may provide an incorrect, incomplete or outdated description of a legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or compliance requirement.

AI Output is not legal, regulatory, tax or compliance advice and must not replace review by an appropriately qualified person.

10.7 Tone and Suitability

AI-generated language may be inappropriate, overly certain, promotional, ambiguous, insensitive or unsuitable for a particular Client.

The Tenant must review not only factual accuracy but also tone, clarity, balance, risk disclosure and the overall impression created by the output.

11. MANDATORY HUMAN REVIEW

11.1 Review of Every AI Output

Every AI Output must be meaningfully reviewed by an Authorised User before it is saved as final, included in a Report, presented to a Client or shared with another person.

Meaningful review requires more than checking spelling or formatting.

11.2 Verification Requirements

The reviewer must verify factual statements, product names, categories, performance information, dates, numerical values, assumptions, risk descriptions, regulatory statements, conclusions and source-dependent information contained in the AI Output.

Material product information must be checked against the latest information published by the relevant manufacturer, manager, industry body, self-regulatory organisation or other authoritative source.

11.3 Editing or Removal

The Tenant must edit or remove any AI-generated content that is inaccurate, incomplete, unsupported, outdated, irrelevant, misleading, excessively promotional or inconsistent with the Tenant’s professional obligations.

The availability of an AI Output within the Platform does not create an obligation to use it.

11.4 Reviewer Competence

The Tenant must ensure that the person reviewing AI Output has sufficient knowledge, authority and understanding to assess the relevant content.

A junior or administrative User must not approve an AI-generated professional conclusion where the User lacks the authority or competence required to make that conclusion.

11.5 Final Responsibility

Once an AI Output is approved, included in a Report or communicated by a Tenant, it becomes part of the Tenant’s communication.

The Tenant assumes full responsibility for the approved content and must not attribute errors or conclusions to MyQuestionBox, Goalstox or the external AI provider.

12. REPORT GENERATION AND DISTRIBUTION

12.1 Draft Status

A Report containing AI-generated content is a draft working document until it has been reviewed and approved by the Tenant.

The ability to download, print or export a Report does not confirm that the AI-generated content has been reviewed or is fit for circulation.

12.2 No Automatic Client Distribution

The Tenant must not configure or use the Platform to send an AI-generated Report automatically to a Client without meaningful human review.

Workflow automation may assist with preparation, but the final release of a Report must remain subject to human approval.

12.3 Review of the Complete Report

The Tenant must review AI-generated language in the context of the complete Report.

A paragraph that appears acceptable in isolation may become inaccurate or misleading when read with other data, charts, assumptions, product information or disclaimers.

12.4 Powered-by Attribution

A “Powered by MyQuestionBox and Goalstox” statement identifies the technology and data-support arrangement only.

It does not indicate that MyQuestionBox or Goalstox reviewed or approved the AI Output or the Report.

13. TENANT-CONTROLLED DISCLAIMERS

13.1 Primary and Secondary Disclaimers

The Platform provides each Tenant with a Primary Disclaimer field and a Secondary Disclaimer field.

The wording saved in those fields belongs to and is issued by the Tenant. It is not a disclaimer issued, approved or certified by MyQuestionBox or Goalstox.

An AI Feature must not be treated as determining which disclaimers, disclosures, registration details or regulatory statements are legally required for the Tenant.

Where AI is used to assist with wording, the result remains a draft and must be independently reviewed by the Tenant and, where appropriate, its legal or compliance professional.

13.3 No Automatic Replacement

AI functionality must not automatically replace or materially modify a Tenant’s approved Primary Disclaimer or Secondary Disclaimer without the Tenant’s knowledge and approval.

Any AI-assisted change must be visibly presented to the Tenant for review before it is saved or printed in a Report.

13.4 Tenant Responsibility

The Tenant remains solely responsible for ensuring that its Primary Disclaimer and Secondary Disclaimer are accurate, current and suitable for its legal name, registrations, business model, professional capacity, products and Reports.

Neither MyQuestionBox nor Goalstox warrants that AI-generated or Platform-default disclaimer wording satisfies the Tenant’s legal or regulatory requirements.

13.5 Printing of Saved Wording

The Platform may print the Tenant’s saved disclaimer wording substantially as entered.

The inclusion of AI-assisted wording in a disclaimer does not transfer legal or regulatory responsibility to MyQuestionBox, Goalstox or the AI provider.

14. PROHIBITED USES

14.1 Unattended Investment Decisions

A Tenant must not use an AI Feature to make an unattended decision concerning product selection, asset allocation, risk classification, suitability, investment amount, redemption, switching or another Client-specific investment action.

14.2 Misrepresentation as Research or Advice

A Tenant must not represent an AI Output as research, advice or a recommendation prepared or approved by MyQuestionBox or Goalstox.

14.3 Fabricated Credentials or Disclosures

A Tenant must not use an AI Feature to generate or insert false registration details, licence information, professional qualifications, data sources, performance claims, testimonials, regulatory approvals or compliance statements.

14.4 Manipulative or Misleading Content

AI Features must not be used to prepare misleading comparisons, conceal material risks, selectively present performance, create false urgency, promise returns or present illustrative outcomes as guaranteed results.

14.5 Privacy or Security Violations

AI Features must not be used to identify, profile, expose or misuse a Client’s Personal Information or to bypass Platform security, permissions or privacy controls.

14.6 Infringing Content

A Tenant must not knowingly submit material that infringes copyright, confidentiality, privacy or other legal rights or instruct an AI Feature to reproduce protected material unlawfully.

14.7 Malicious Activity

AI Features must not be used to generate malware, phishing material, fraudulent communications, impersonation content, unauthorised access instructions or other harmful material.

14.8 Circumvention

A User must not attempt to access an underlying AI provider directly through the Platform, extract system prompts, defeat safety controls, manipulate usage metering or use automation to exceed applicable limits.

15. TENANT GOVERNANCE AND SUPERVISION

15.1 Internal AI Rules

Each Tenant should establish internal rules identifying which Authorised Users may access AI Features, what information they may submit, what types of output require senior approval and how AI-assisted Reports are reviewed.

15.2 Training of Authorised Users

The Tenant is responsible for ensuring that Authorised Users understand the limitations of AI, the prohibition on unnecessary Personal Information, the risk of hallucination and the requirement for human review.

15.3 Access Permissions

The Tenant must grant AI access only to Authorised Users who require it for legitimate professional purposes.

Access should be removed when a User changes role, leaves the organisation or no longer requires the functionality.

15.4 Supervision

The Tenant remains responsible for supervising its Authorised Users and for all AI Inputs submitted and AI Outputs approved through the Tenant’s account.

15.5 Review Process

The Tenant should maintain a review process proportionate to the nature of the Report and the potential consequences of an error.

Reports containing Client-specific conclusions, product selections, regulatory statements or material financial illustrations should receive a higher level of review than purely administrative drafting.

16. STORAGE AND RETENTION OF AI CONTENT

16.1 Saved AI Output

An AI Output may be stored within the Platform where the Tenant saves it as part of a Client record, Report, draft or other Platform content.

Once saved, the output may be retained in accordance with the retention provisions applicable to the Tenant’s account and Client Data.

16.2 Unsaved Output

The Company does not guarantee that an unsaved AI Output can be recovered after the session ends, the page is closed or the feature is interrupted.

The Tenant should save only AI Output that has been appropriately reviewed or clearly identified as a draft.

16.3 Technical Records

The Platform or an external provider may maintain limited technical records necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, meter or monitor the AI service.

Such records may include request timing, feature usage, model or service status and error information. The Company’s handling of Personal Information remains subject to the Privacy Policy.

16.4 Account Deletion

AI Output saved as part of a Tenant’s account will be subject to the account-deletion and backup-retention processes described in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

17. SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

17.1 Secure Use

Users must access AI Features only through authorised Platform accounts and secure devices.

Login credentials, API keys, authentication tokens and internal system information must not be entered into an AI prompt.

17.2 Confidentiality of AI Inputs

The Tenant must assess whether information proposed for submission to an AI Feature is confidential and whether the Tenant has authority to process it through an external provider.

Where there is uncertainty, the information should not be submitted until it has been appropriately anonymised or the Tenant has obtained suitable professional guidance.

17.3 Security Incidents

A User who believes that prohibited Personal Information, confidential information or credentials have been submitted to an AI Feature must promptly notify the Tenant administrator and MyQuestionBox.

The Tenant should provide sufficient information to permit the issue to be investigated without unnecessarily repeating the sensitive information.

17.4 No Absolute Security Guarantee

No AI or internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or error-free.

The Tenant must not use AI functionality for information whose disclosure or corruption would create an unacceptable risk.

18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND AI OUTPUT

18.1 User-Provided Material

The Tenant must ensure that it has the right to submit all instructions, text, documents and other material used as AI Input.

Submission through the Platform does not transfer ownership of the Tenant’s original material to MyQuestionBox or Goalstox, except for the limited rights required to provide the Service.

18.2 Rights in AI Output

The Tenant may use an AI Output as part of its authorised professional work, subject to these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights and the terms applicable to the external AI provider.

MyQuestionBox does not warrant that an AI Output is unique, original, non-infringing or unavailable to another user.

18.3 Similar Outputs

Because AI systems generate content probabilistically, similar or identical content may be generated for different users.

A Tenant must not assume that AI-generated wording is proprietary merely because it was generated within the Tenant’s account.

18.4 Verification of Third-Party Rights

The Tenant must review AI Output for possible infringement, unauthorised reproduction or inappropriate use of third-party names, trademarks or protected content before publishing or distributing it.

19. BETA STATUS AND SERVICE CHANGES

19.1 Beta Functionality

AI Features are provided as part of a Platform that is currently in Beta.

AI functionality may contain defects, operate inconsistently, become unavailable, produce unexpected output or change without prior notice.

19.2 Model Changes

An external provider may update or replace its models, safety controls or processing methods. Such changes may affect the tone, accuracy, length, structure or availability of AI Output.

19.3 Feature Modification

MyQuestionBox may change prompts, model settings, usage limits, available features, review controls or provider integrations as the Platform develops.

A feature available during Beta may not remain available in a later version.

19.4 Suspension

MyQuestionBox may suspend or restrict AI functionality where reasonably necessary to address security risk, legal risk, misuse, excessive usage, provider interruption, technical instability or non-compliance with this Policy.

20. NO WARRANTIES

20.1 AI Provided on an Available Basis

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Features and AI Outputs are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

20.2 No Accuracy Warranty

Neither MyQuestionBox nor Goalstox warrants that an AI Output will be accurate, complete, current, relevant, original, lawful, suitable for a particular Client or free from hallucination, omission, bias or error.

20.3 No Professional-Compliance Warranty

Neither MyQuestionBox nor Goalstox warrants that an AI Output satisfies any legal, regulatory, professional, disclosure, record-keeping, research, suitability or compliance requirement applicable to the Tenant.

20.4 No Outcome Warranty

Neither MyQuestionBox nor Goalstox warrants that use of AI functionality will improve investment outcomes, prevent complaints, ensure regulatory compliance, reduce professional liability or achieve a Client’s financial goal.

21. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

21.1 Tenant-Approved Content

The Tenant is responsible for every AI Output it approves, saves as final, includes in a Report or communicates to a Client.

Neither MyQuestionBox nor Goalstox is responsible for the manner in which a Tenant interprets, edits, supplements, presents or relies upon AI Output.

21.2 Professional Consequences

Neither MyQuestionBox nor Goalstox is responsible for an investment loss, missed opportunity, Client complaint, regulatory proceeding, professional claim or other consequence arising from a Tenant’s use of an AI Output, subject to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

21.3 Personal Information Entered by a User

The Tenant is responsible for Personal Information or confidential information entered into an AI-enabled field contrary to this Policy by the Tenant or its Authorised Users.

21.4 Application of Terms of Service

The exclusions, indemnities and limitations of liability contained in the Terms of Service apply to AI Features and AI Outputs.

22. REPORT NOTICE CONCERNING AI

22.1 Inclusion in Tenant Disclaimers

The Tenant should ensure that its Primary Disclaimer or Secondary Disclaimer appropriately discloses the use and limitations of AI where AI-generated language forms a material part of a Report.

The Tenant remains responsible for determining the wording and regulatory adequacy of that disclosure.

22.2 Optional Platform Notice

The Platform may display a fixed notice stating that AI may have assisted with the drafting of human-readable text and that the Tenant is responsible for reviewing and approving the final Report.

Such a notice identifies the use of software only and does not replace the Tenant’s own required disclosures.

22.3 No Attribution of Professional Opinion

A Report must not state or imply that an AI provider, MyQuestionBox or Goalstox has expressed a professional opinion concerning the Client, product or Report.

23. USER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By accessing or using an AI Feature, the Tenant and each Authorised User acknowledge that AI is used only as a drafting and productivity aid; that AI may generate inaccurate, fabricated, incomplete, outdated or misleading content; that neither MyQuestionBox nor Goalstox provides research, investment advice or recommendations through the AI Features; that financial-product information is received through Goalstox from publicly available sources and is not independently calculated or verified by either company; that unnecessary Personal Information must not be entered into AI prompts; that an external AI provider may process limited information; that every AI Output requires meaningful human review; that Tenant-controlled disclaimers remain the Tenant’s responsibility; and that the Tenant remains solely responsible for every final Report, professional conclusion and Client communication.

24. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

24.1 Updates

MyQuestionBox may amend this Policy to reflect changes in AI providers, models, Platform functionality, security controls, data-processing practices, legal requirements or operational risks.

24.2 Notice of Material Changes

Where a change materially affects the way in which Personal Information is processed or materially expands the permitted use of AI, MyQuestionBox may provide notice through the Platform, by email or through another reasonable method.

24.3 Effective Date

An updated Policy will take effect on the date stated in the revised document.

Continued use of an AI Feature after the effective date shall be subject to the updated Policy, but shall not by itself constitute consent where applicable law requires separate affirmative consent.

AI NOTICE FOR THE TENANT SETUP AREA

Artificial intelligence may be used to assist with the drafting of human-friendly report language. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, fabricated, outdated or misleading and must be meaningfully reviewed before use.

Do not enter Client names, PAN, Aadhaar details, mobile numbers, email addresses, residential addresses, folio numbers, account numbers, identification documents, passwords or other unnecessary Personal Information into AI prompts or free-text instructions.

Neither MyQuestionBox Education OPC Private Limited nor Goalstox Technology Private Limited provides research, investment advice or recommendations through the AI Features. By approving an AI-generated draft, your organisation accepts responsibility for its factual accuracy, professional appropriateness, disclosures and regulatory compliance.

ANNEXURE B

AI CONFIRMATION BEFORE FIRST USE

The following confirmation may be required before a Tenant uses an AI Feature for the first time:

I understand that the AI functionality is a drafting aid and may produce inaccurate or fabricated content. I will not enter unnecessary Client Personal Information into AI prompts. I will ensure that every AI Output is meaningfully reviewed by an appropriately authorised person before it is included in a Report or shared with a Client. I understand that neither MyQuestionBox Education OPC Private Limited nor Goalstox Technology Private Limited provides research, investment advice or recommendations through the AI functionality and that my organisation remains responsible for every final Report and professional communication.

ANNEXURE C

OPTIONAL CONCISE REPORT NOTICE

AI may have assisted with the drafting of human-readable text in this Report. All AI-generated content has been reviewed and issued by the Tenant identified in the Report. Neither MyQuestionBox Education OPC Private Limited nor Goalstox Technology Private Limited provides research, investment advice or recommendations through the Platform or approves the Report. The Tenant remains solely responsible for the final content and its regulatory compliance.
