1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 Purpose of this Disclaimer

This Software and Report Disclaimer explains the nature, scope and limitations of the software services provided through review.startuperr.com and the manner in which reports, illustrations, summaries, comparisons, Tenant disclaimers and other outputs are generated through the Platform.

The Platform is owned and operated by MyQuestionBox Education OPC Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India and having its registered office at B902, Vicinia, Chandivali, Powai, Mumbai – 400072, Maharashtra, India.

Certain publicly available financial-product information, initial product lists and Platform Defaults may be made available to the Platform through Goalstox Technology Private Limited, having its registered office at B902, Vicinia, Chandivali, Powai, Mumbai – 400072, Maharashtra, India and operating the website goalstox.com.

In this Disclaimer, MyQuestionBox Education OPC Private Limited is referred to as “MyQuestionBox” or the “Company”. Goalstox Technology Private Limited is referred to as “Goalstox”. The website, software application, dashboards, document-processing functionality, artificial intelligence functionality, reporting tools, integrations and related services are collectively referred to as the “Platform”.

1.2 Intended Users

The Platform is intended exclusively for use by financial-services professionals and organisations, including mutual fund distributors, Portfolio Management Services distributors, Alternative Investment Fund distributors, Specialized Investment Fund distributors, independent financial advisers, registered investment advisers, financial planners and their authorised personnel.

The Platform is not intended to be used directly by ordinary retail investors for making personal investment decisions or independently generating reports for themselves.

1.3 Relationship with Other Documents

This Disclaimer forms part of the terms governing access to and use of the Platform. It must be read together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, AI Usage and Limitations Policy and any other notice displayed when a particular feature is used.

A concise notice appearing in a Report does not replace this complete Disclaimer.

2. MYQUESTIONBOX AND GOALSTOX

2.1 Role of MyQuestionBox

MyQuestionBox provides the software infrastructure through which a Tenant may store Client information, configure its own product priorities and assumptions, process uploaded documents, display publicly available financial-product information, prepare illustrations and generate Reports.

MyQuestionBox does not, by providing such functionality, perform the professional or regulated activity for which the Tenant uses the software. MyQuestionBox does not become the adviser, distributor, research provider, portfolio manager, financial planner, fiduciary or professional representative of the Tenant or its Clients.

2.2 Role of Goalstox

Goalstox Technology Private Limited is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor bearing ARN-249633 and a SIF Distributor, an APMI Registered Distributor bearing APRN-00578 and an AIF Distributor.

Certain financial-product information, initial product lists and Platform Defaults may be received by MyQuestionBox through Goalstox. The information supplied through Goalstox is obtained from publicly available materials issued by product manufacturers, asset management companies, portfolio managers, Alternative Investment Fund managers, Specialized Investment Fund providers, industry bodies, self-regulatory organisations and similar public or official sources.

Goalstox’s separate financial-product distribution activities do not form part of the software services provided by MyQuestionBox through the Platform. Use of the Platform does not create a distribution, Rm, research, brokerage, portfolio-management or fiduciary relationship between a Tenant or Client and Goalstox.

2.3 Powered-by Attribution

The Platform and Reports may state that they are powered by MyQuestionBox and Goalstox. This attribution identifies the technology and data-support arrangement only.

The attribution does not mean that either MyQuestionBox or Goalstox has prepared, reviewed, approved or issued a Report. It does not indicate that either company has provided research, advice or a recommendation to the Tenant or Client.

3. SOFTWARE SERVICE ONLY

3.1 Nature of the Platform

The Platform is a software-as-a-service solution intended to assist professional Users with Client management, goal-planning workflows, portfolio-review workflows, document processing, display and comparison of publicly available information, report preparation and related administrative activities.

The Platform is a productivity and information-processing tool. It is not a substitute for the Tenant’s professional knowledge, independent judgement, Client understanding, due diligence, supervision or regulatory responsibility.

3.2 No Professional Engagement

Use of the Platform does not create an investment-Rm, research, portfolio-management, distribution, brokerage, fiduciary, accounting, taxation or legal relationship between MyQuestionBox and a Tenant, Client or Report recipient.

Use of the Platform also does not create such a relationship between Goalstox and a Tenant, Client or Report recipient merely because Goalstox supplies certain public-source information or Platform Defaults.

3.3 Human Intervention Required

The Platform requires meaningful human intervention. It is not designed to operate as an autonomous recommendation engine, unattended decision-making system, robo-adviser or substitute for a qualified professional.

The Tenant must independently review and take responsibility for every Report before it is issued or shared.

4. NO INVESTMENT ADVICE

4.1 No Advice by MyQuestionBox or Goalstox

Neither MyQuestionBox nor Goalstox provides investment advice through the Platform.

Nothing displayed, generated, organised or communicated through the Platform constitutes investment advice by MyQuestionBox or Goalstox. This applies to Reports, portfolio reviews, goal-planning illustrations, product displays, asset-allocation illustrations, risk-profile outputs, tables, charts, comparisons, Platform Defaults and AI-generated language.

4.2 No Client-Specific Opinion

Neither MyQuestionBox nor Goalstox independently determines whether an investment, product, asset allocation, investment amount, systematic investment plan amount, strategy or transaction is appropriate for a particular Client.

Processing Client information through a software workflow does not amount to an independent suitability assessment or professional opinion by either company.

4.3 Tenant’s Professional Communication

Any advice, guidance, product preference, suitability determination, recommendation or professional conclusion communicated to a Client is communicated solely by the Tenant.

The Tenant must not represent that its professional conclusion was given, approved, validated or endorsed by MyQuestionBox, Goalstox, the Platform or any artificial intelligence provider.

5. NO RESEARCH REPORTS

5.1 No Research by MyQuestionBox

MyQuestionBox does not prepare, issue, publish or provide investment research or research reports through the Platform.

MyQuestionBox does not independently perform qualitative or quantitative research on mutual funds, Portfolio Management Services, Alternative Investment Funds, Specialized Investment Funds or other financial products.

5.2 No Research by Goalstox Through the Platform

Goalstox does not prepare or provide investment research or research reports through the Platform.

The provision of publicly available information, initial product lists, filters, product priorities or Platform Defaults through Goalstox does not constitute the preparation, issue or distribution of research.

5.3 Software Presentation Is Not Research

The import, extraction, organisation, reproduction, formatting, sorting, filtering, comparison or display of publicly available information is a software and information-presentation function.

The inclusion of historical returns, performance figures, information ratios, risk measures, benchmarks, product descriptions, charts, tables or comparisons in a Report does not mean that MyQuestionBox or Goalstox has researched, analysed, independently verified or formed an opinion concerning the relevant financial product.

5.4 Tenant Must Not Misrepresent the Report

A Tenant must not describe, circulate, advertise or present a Report generated through the Platform as research prepared, issued, reviewed or approved by MyQuestionBox or Goalstox.

Where the Tenant independently adds its own analysis, opinion, advice or research to a Report, responsibility for that content remains solely with the Tenant.

6. NO RECOMMENDATIONS

6.1 No Product Recommendation

Neither MyQuestionBox nor Goalstox recommends through the Platform that any Client purchase, subscribe to, retain, redeem, sell, switch, increase, reduce or avoid any investment or financial product.

The appearance of a product on the Platform or in a Report does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation or approval by either company.

6.2 Product Ordering and Filtering

The order in which products appear may result from Tenant settings, Platform Defaults, selected data fields, filters, alphabetical order, publicly available information or another software rule.

The placement of one product above or below another does not represent a rating, recommendation, research opinion, house view or assessment of relative merit by MyQuestionBox or Goalstox.

6.3 Inclusion and Omission of Products

The inclusion of a product does not mean that it has been independently approved, verified or preferred by MyQuestionBox or Goalstox.

The omission of a product does not mean that it has been rejected or considered inferior or unsuitable. Product availability may depend upon the availability of public information, technical support, data mapping, Platform configuration and other operational considerations.

7. SOURCE OF FINANCIAL-PRODUCT INFORMATION

7.1 Publicly Available Information

Financial-product information displayed through the Platform is received through Goalstox and is obtained from publicly available materials published by product manufacturers, asset management companies, portfolio managers, Alternative Investment Fund managers, Specialized Investment Fund providers, industry bodies, self-regulatory organisations and similar public or official sources.

MyQuestionBox does not create the underlying financial-product information merely because it stores, organises, compares or displays that information through the Platform.

7.2 No Independent Calculation

Neither MyQuestionBox nor Goalstox independently calculates the returns, historical performance figures, information ratios, standard deviations, alpha, beta, drawdowns, benchmarks, risk-adjusted returns, portfolio statistics or other financial-product measures displayed through the Platform.

Where any such information appears on the Platform or in a Report, it is reproduced, organised or displayed from information obtained from the relevant publicly available source.

7.3 No Independent Verification

Neither MyQuestionBox nor Goalstox independently audits, validates, certifies or guarantees the financial-product information received from public sources.

The appearance of a figure on the Platform does not mean that either company has independently recalculated it, examined its methodology or confirmed its accuracy.

7.4 Original Source

The latest information published by the relevant product manufacturer, manager, industry body or self-regulatory organisation should be treated as the primary source.

The Tenant must verify information that is material to a Client communication against the latest original publication before using or sharing the Report.

8. LIMITATIONS OF PUBLIC-SOURCE INFORMATION

8.1 Errors and Omissions

Publicly available information may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, incorrectly classified, inconsistent or subsequently corrected.

MyQuestionBox and Goalstox do not control the manner in which the original source prepares, calculates, reviews, updates or publishes its information.

8.2 Differences in Methodology

Different manufacturers, managers, industry bodies and self-regulatory organisations may use different reporting periods, valuation dates, benchmarks, fee treatments, calculation methodologies, rounding conventions and presentation standards.

Information displayed alongside information relating to another product may therefore not be directly comparable. Neither MyQuestionBox nor Goalstox independently reconciles or evaluates such methodological differences.

8.3 Delayed Updates

The Platform may not immediately reflect a revision, correction, restatement, change in benchmark, change in investment mandate, merger, closure, suspension, corporate action, regulatory action or another development affecting a financial product.

The absence of updated information on the Platform does not mean that no change has occurred.

8.4 Software Processing Errors

Errors may arise when information is imported, extracted, mapped, classified, stored, formatted, transmitted or displayed through software.

The Tenant must verify information appearing in every Report even where the original source information was accurate.

9. TENANT CONFIGURATION AND PLATFORM DEFAULTS

9.1 Tenant-Controlled Preferences

The Platform allows each Tenant to identify or prioritise mutual funds, Portfolio Management Services, Alternative Investment Funds and Specialized Investment Funds according to the Tenant’s own professional view.

The Tenant may also configure asset allocations, investment amounts, systematic investment plan amounts, assumptions, report settings, narrative content and other available parameters.

Every selection, priority or configuration entered or adopted by a Tenant is the Tenant’s own selection. MyQuestionBox and Goalstox do not approve or endorse a Tenant’s configuration merely because the Platform permits or stores it.

9.2 Platform Defaults

Where a Tenant has not completed its own configuration, the Platform may provide initial default products, asset allocations, investment amounts, systematic investment plan amounts, assumptions, settings or explanatory language.

Platform Defaults are supplied only as initial software settings so that the Tenant may examine and configure the relevant functionality.

9.3 Defaults Are Not Recommendations

A Platform Default is not investment advice, research, a recommendation, a model portfolio, an approved product list, a suitability determination or an assurance of future performance.

A default is not personalised to a Client and must not be used merely because it appears automatically.

9.4 Adoption by the Tenant

The Tenant must examine and, where appropriate, change or replace every Platform Default before using it for a Client.

Where a Tenant retains, applies or approves a Platform Default, the Tenant shall be treated as having independently reviewed and adopted that setting as its own. Neither MyQuestionBox nor Goalstox becomes responsible for the Tenant’s decision merely because the Tenant did not modify an initial software setting.

10. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

10.1 Purpose of AI Functionality

The Platform may use artificial intelligence to prepare draft summaries, explanations, observations, headings and human-friendly language for Reports.

AI functionality is provided solely as a drafting and productivity aid.

10.2 No AI Advice or Research

AI-generated content does not constitute investment advice, investment research, a recommendation, suitability assessment or independent professional conclusion of MyQuestionBox, Goalstox or the relevant AI provider.

10.3 Possibility of Incorrect Output

Artificial intelligence may produce inaccurate, incomplete, irrelevant, inconsistent, fabricated or misleading content.

An AI-generated statement may appear fluent, detailed and confident even where it is factually incorrect or unsupported.

10.4 Mandatory Review of AI Content

Every AI-generated statement must be independently reviewed, verified and, where necessary, edited or removed by the Tenant before it is included in a final Report or shared with a Client.

The Tenant must verify all facts, figures, product descriptions, conclusions, warnings and explanations contained in AI-generated content.

10.5 Personal Information in AI Inputs

The Platform is intended to avoid deliberately transmitting directly identifiable Client information to an external AI provider.

The Tenant and its Authorised Users must not place Client names, permanent account numbers, Aadhaar numbers, mobile numbers, email addresses, residential addresses, folio numbers, account numbers, identification documents, passwords or other unnecessary Personal Information into AI prompts or unrestricted free-text instructions.

10.6 No Unattended Decisions

The Tenant must not use AI functionality to make a fully automated or unattended decision concerning a Client’s investment, suitability, asset allocation, risk classification, product selection or financial plan.

A qualified human User must make and accept responsibility for every final professional decision.

11. REPORTS ARE DRAFT WORKING DOCUMENTS

11.1 Draft Status

Every Report generated through the Platform is a software-generated draft working document.

A Report does not become final, accurate, legally compliant or fit for circulation merely because it has been generated, formatted, branded, downloaded, printed or exported.

11.2 Information Combined in a Report

A Report may combine Client information entered by the Tenant, information extracted from a Consolidated Account Statement or other uploaded document, Tenant configurations, Platform Defaults, publicly available financial-product information received through Goalstox, AI-generated language and disclaimers entered or retained by the Tenant.

An error or omission in any input may affect the accuracy or meaning of the Report.

11.3 No Review by MyQuestionBox or Goalstox

MyQuestionBox and Goalstox do not review or approve each Report generated by a Tenant.

The technical generation of a Report does not constitute approval, certification, validation or acceptance of responsibility by either company.

11.4 Tenant as Issuer of the Report

A Report generated for and approved by a Tenant is issued and communicated by that Tenant.

The Tenant remains solely responsible for the Report’s content, regulatory characterisation, disclaimers, presentation, distribution and use.

12. MANDATORY HUMAN REVIEW

12.1 Review Before Use

Every Report must be meaningfully reviewed, independently verified and approved by the Tenant before it is presented, transmitted, printed, published or otherwise shared with a Client or another person.

12.2 Scope of Review

The review must include the Client’s information, portfolio holdings, folios, transaction details, product names, categories, benchmarks, dates, returns, ratios, risk measures, assumptions, mathematical outputs, financial-goal values, timelines, asset allocations, investment amounts, systematic investment plan amounts, narrative text, AI-generated language and every disclaimer appearing in the Report.

12.3 Original Documents and Sources

Where information has been extracted from a Consolidated Account Statement, portfolio statement or another uploaded document, the Tenant must compare the extracted information with the original document.

Where financial-product information is material to a Report, the Tenant must verify it against the latest publicly available information issued by the relevant original source.

12.4 No Automatic Distribution

The Platform must not be configured or used to send Reports to Clients without meaningful human review.

Automation may assist with document preparation and workflow but does not remove the Tenant’s responsibility to review and approve every Report.

12.5 Errors

A Tenant that identifies or reasonably suspects an error, omission, inconsistency, outdated figure or misleading statement must correct the Report or refrain from sharing it.

A Report must not be used merely because the Platform has generated it successfully.

13. TENANT-CONTROLLED REPORT DISCLAIMERS

13.1 Two Disclaimer Fields

The Platform provides each Tenant with two separate disclaimer fields in its setup or configuration area. These are identified as the “Primary Disclaimer” and the “Secondary Disclaimer”.

The Primary Disclaimer and Secondary Disclaimer are intended to enable the Tenant to insert the legal, regulatory, professional, product-related and other disclosures that the Tenant considers necessary for its own Reports.

13.2 Tenant’s Own Disclaimer

The Primary Disclaimer and Secondary Disclaimer belong to and are issued by the Tenant.

They are not disclaimers issued by MyQuestionBox or Goalstox, even where the Platform initially supplies sample or default wording for either field.

The Tenant is responsible for the wording, accuracy, completeness, currency, appropriateness and legal effect of both disclaimers.

13.3 Editable Default Wording

MyQuestionBox may provide initial sample wording in the Primary Disclaimer and Secondary Disclaimer fields for the Tenant’s convenience.

Any initial wording is an editable software default only. It is not legal advice, regulatory advice or a representation that the wording is sufficient for the Tenant’s licences, regulatory category, business model, Clients, financial products, communications or jurisdiction.

The Tenant must review and modify the wording before generating or sharing Reports.

13.4 Adoption of Retained Wording

Where the Tenant retains initial disclaimer wording without modification, the Tenant shall be treated as having independently reviewed, approved and adopted that wording as its own.

The fact that wording first appeared as a Platform Default does not make MyQuestionBox or Goalstox the issuer of the disclaimer and does not transfer the Tenant’s legal or regulatory responsibility to either company.

13.5 Printing as Entered

The Platform will reproduce the Primary Disclaimer and Secondary Disclaimer substantially as saved by the Tenant in the applicable setup fields.

The Tenant understands that spelling errors, grammatical errors, incomplete statements, outdated registration details, incorrect legal references and omissions entered or retained by the Tenant may therefore appear in every Report generated using those settings.

Technical formatting such as font, line wrapping, spacing, pagination, headings or character conversion may be applied to fit the report template. Such technical formatting does not constitute legal review or approval of the disclaimer.

13.6 No Review or Approval by the Platform Providers

Neither MyQuestionBox nor Goalstox is required to review, monitor, approve, correct or update the Tenant’s Primary Disclaimer or Secondary Disclaimer.

The Platform’s acceptance, storage or reproduction of disclaimer text does not mean that either company has confirmed that the text is legally valid, regulatorily sufficient, accurate, complete, current or suitable for the Tenant.

13.7 Tenant’s Regulatory Responsibility

The Tenant must determine which disclosures and disclaimers are required by the laws, regulations, circulars, codes, licences, registrations, principal agreements, product categories and professional obligations applicable to that Tenant.

A disclaimer appropriate for a mutual fund distributor may not be appropriate for a registered investment adviser, Portfolio Management Services distributor, Alternative Investment Fund distributor, Specialized Investment Fund distributor or another professional category.

The Tenant must obtain its own legal, compliance or professional review where required.

13.8 Continuing Duty to Update

The Tenant must keep its Primary Disclaimer and Secondary Disclaimer accurate and current.

The Tenant must update the disclaimers whenever its legal name, branding, address, registrations, licence numbers, professional capacity, business model, services, product coverage, conflicts, regulatory requirements or other relevant circumstances change.

Previously generated Reports will not necessarily update automatically when the Tenant changes its disclaimer settings.

13.9 Responsibility for Placement and Use

The Platform may place the Primary Disclaimer and Secondary Disclaimer at locations determined by the selected report template or configuration.

The Tenant remains responsible for deciding whether the placement, visibility, font size, prominence and repetition of its disclaimers are adequate for the Report and the Tenant’s applicable requirements.

If the available template does not display the disclaimers in a manner the Tenant considers adequate, the Tenant must not use or share the Report until the issue is corrected.

13.10 Responsibility for Every Generated Report

Before sharing a Report, the Tenant must confirm that both disclaimers have been inserted correctly and that the wording remains appropriate for that particular Report, Client, product and communication.

The Tenant must not assume that a disclaimer saved in setup will be adequate for every type of Report or financial product.

13.11 No Transfer of Liability

The inclusion of a Primary Disclaimer or Secondary Disclaimer does not reduce the Tenant’s responsibility for the substantive content of the Report.

A disclaimer cannot convert an unlawful, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading communication into a lawful or appropriate communication.

13.12 Conflicting Disclaimer Text

If the Tenant enters text that conflicts with this Disclaimer, the Terms of Service, a fixed Platform notice or the actual role of MyQuestionBox or Goalstox, the Tenant’s text shall not alter the rights, obligations or status of either company.

In particular, a Tenant may not state or imply in its disclaimers that MyQuestionBox or Goalstox has provided research, advice, recommendations, product approval, suitability assessment or Report approval.

13.13 Suspension of Misleading Text

MyQuestionBox may restrict or suspend generation of Reports where it reasonably becomes aware that a Tenant’s disclaimer falsely attributes research, advice, recommendations, regulatory approval or professional responsibility to MyQuestionBox or Goalstox, infringes another person’s rights, or creates a material legal or security risk.

Such intervention does not create a general obligation to monitor every Tenant disclaimer.

14. DISTINCTION BETWEEN TENANT DISCLAIMERS AND PLATFORM NOTICE

14.1 Separate Legal Functions

The Tenant’s Primary Disclaimer and Secondary Disclaimer communicate the Tenant’s own legal, regulatory and professional disclosures.

Any fixed notice identifying MyQuestionBox and Goalstox as technology or data-support providers communicates the separate role and limitations of the Platform providers.

One category of notice does not replace the other.

14.2 No Editing of Platform Status

The Tenant may edit its own Primary Disclaimer and Secondary Disclaimer but may not use those fields to change or misstate the role of MyQuestionBox or Goalstox.

A Tenant disclaimer cannot create an Rm, research, distribution, agency, fiduciary or other professional relationship involving MyQuestionBox or Goalstox.

14.3 Powered-by Statement

Where a Report states that it is powered by MyQuestionBox and Goalstox, the statement refers only to the technology and public-source data arrangement.

It does not indicate that either company has reviewed or approved the Tenant’s Primary Disclaimer, Secondary Disclaimer or Report.

15. GOAL-PLANNING AND FINANCIAL ILLUSTRATIONS

15.1 Illustrative Nature

Goal-planning outputs, future-value calculations, required-investment illustrations, asset-allocation illustrations and similar outputs are illustrative software calculations.

They are not assurances, promises or forecasts of actual investment outcomes.

15.2 Tenant-Selected Assumptions

Such illustrations may depend upon assumptions concerning future returns, inflation, investment frequency, investment tenure, taxation, fees, expenses and other variables selected, entered, retained or approved by the Tenant.

MyQuestionBox and Goalstox do not independently select or recommend those assumptions.

15.3 Actual Outcomes

Actual investment performance, inflation, taxation, expenses, cash flows, market conditions and Client circumstances may differ materially from the assumptions used.

The generation of a goal illustration does not guarantee that the Client will achieve the stated goal.

16. PAST PERFORMANCE AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

16.1 Historical Information

Historical performance information describes past periods and must not be presented as a guarantee, assurance or prediction of future performance.

16.2 No Interpretation by the Platform Providers

The appearance of a return, ratio, risk measure, benchmark comparison or historical statistic does not mean that MyQuestionBox or Goalstox considers the figure favourable, unfavourable, sufficient or appropriate.

Any interpretation of such information is made solely by the Tenant.

16.3 Current Product Documents

Before using product information for a Client, the Tenant should review current official material issued by the relevant manufacturer or manager.

The Platform is not a substitute for reviewing current official product documentation, disclosures and other relevant source material.

17. TENANT’S PROFESSIONAL AND REGULATORY RESPONSIBILITY

17.1 Licences and Authority

The Tenant is solely responsible for ensuring that it and its Authorised Users hold every registration, licence, authorisation and qualification required for the activities undertaken through the Platform.

MyQuestionBox and Goalstox do not routinely verify whether a Tenant’s registration or licence is current, valid or sufficient for a particular activity.

17.2 Scope of Activity

The Tenant must ensure that every Report, statement, product selection, recommendation, advice and communication falls within the Tenant’s lawful professional capacity.

The Platform’s ability to generate a Report does not mean that the Tenant is legally entitled to issue or use it in a particular manner.

17.3 Compliance Obligations

The Tenant remains responsible for Client onboarding, know-your-client obligations, risk profiling, suitability, product due diligence, disclosures, conflicts, record keeping, consent, grievance handling, supervision and all other professional and regulatory obligations applicable to it.

17.4 Platform Is Not a Compliance System

The Platform is not represented as a complete regulatory-compliance solution.

A field, workflow, consent option, report template, disclaimer field or warning may assist the Tenant operationally but does not guarantee compliance with applicable requirements.

17.5 Fair and Non-Misleading Communication

18. CLIENT DATA AND PRIVACY

18.1 Authority to Process Data

The Tenant is responsible for having lawful authority to collect, upload, store, process and use all Client information submitted to the Platform.

The Tenant is responsible for providing required notices and obtaining required consents or permissions.

18.2 Use by MyQuestionBox

MyQuestionBox stores and processes Client Data to provide the Platform to the Tenant.

MyQuestionBox does not sell Client Data and does not use identifiable Client Data to provide research, recommendations or financial-product marketing to the Tenant’s Clients.

18.3 Role of Goalstox

Goalstox does not ordinarily receive identifiable Client Data merely because it provides public-source financial-product information or Platform Defaults.

Neither MyQuestionBox nor Goalstox uses identifiable Client Data to issue research reports or investment recommendations through the Platform.

18.4 Verification of Client Information

MyQuestionBox and Goalstox do not independently verify Client information entered by the Tenant or contained in an uploaded document.

The Tenant must confirm that Client information used in every Report is complete, accurate and current.

19. BETA PLATFORM

19.1 Development Status

The Platform is currently offered in Beta and remains under development, testing and improvement.

It may contain bugs, calculation errors, formatting errors, mapping errors, extraction errors, incomplete functionality, interruptions and other defects.

19.2 Changes to Features

Features, Reports, data fields, workflows, integrations and calculations may be modified, suspended or withdrawn.

A feature available during Beta may not remain available in a later version of the Platform.

19.3 Response to Errors

A Tenant that finds the Platform unsuitable, identifies an error or is unable to verify a Report must stop using the affected feature or Report.

The Platform must not be used where an identified limitation may result in an incorrect or misleading communication to a Client.

20. NO WARRANTIES

20.1 As-Is Availability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform, Services, information and Reports are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

20.2 Platform Warranties

MyQuestionBox does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, completely secure, error-free or suitable for every Tenant’s business, professional or regulatory requirements.

MyQuestionBox does not warrant that a Report will be accurate, complete, current, legally compliant, fit for a particular purpose or free from source-data, software, document-extraction, configuration, Tenant-disclaimer or AI errors.

20.3 Goalstox Warranties

Goalstox does not warrant through the Platform that publicly available financial-product information is accurate, complete, current or appropriate for a particular use.

Goalstox does not warrant the future performance, quality or suitability of a product appearing on the Platform.

20.4 Tenant Disclaimer Warranties

Neither MyQuestionBox nor Goalstox warrants that the initial wording supplied in the Primary Disclaimer or Secondary Disclaimer fields meets the Tenant’s legal or regulatory requirements.

The Tenant’s retention or use of such wording is at the Tenant’s own responsibility.

21. NO RELIANCE

21.1 Independent Verification

The Tenant must not rely solely upon the Platform, a Platform Default, AI-generated output, public-source information, product comparison, sample disclaimer or Report when making or communicating a professional decision.

21.2 Independent Professional Judgement

The Tenant must use its own professional judgement, current official information and appropriate Client-specific processes before issuing a Report or making any professional communication.
